As Senior Designer for the West + Main Homes Magazine, I was involved in all aspects of the production. This 56-page publication featured home renovations, interviews with artists, seasonal horoscopes, gift guides and more, all sourced from the community of the West + Main brokerage. I collaborated with our in-house design team to produce biannual issues with all original content and design.

I was involved from the inception of each issue with project/content selection, to art direction on photoshoots, to the page order and layout. I designed custom editorial layouts to highlight the photos and key information of each project. I worked with our team to establish the typography, color palette and graphic elements for the magazine. Some elements of the publication were templated to maintain consistency through each issue. We offered the real estate agents the ability to customize the cover of the issues they ordered and I designed three distinct templates to allow agents to showcase recent properties, highlight a specific listing or share their client testimonials. I facilitated the editing and proofing process with our team before preparing the file for print production.

I designed six issues that went to all 50 states, printed over 10,000 copies for each of the 2022 issues and managed the creation of over 800 custom covers.
